Ah, the joys of living in cheaper EU countries. I'm from Romania actually and things are also cheap as fuck around here. Rent for a one room apartment in the capital is €200-300, heat in the winter is less than €100 per month, cheap transport, healthcare and all that. With 250k one could probably buy three 2-room apartments and rent them for €400 each, making €1200 per month which is more than enough to live comfortably here.
Still gonna move to Portugal tho, they have zero taxes on crypto and it's warmer there.
