I dont get it, I've been trading stocks for 8 years now and have done well. I come here and all you guys talk about is cryptos. Why are you guys convinced this is the best investment vehicle?? There's literally no strategy to any of this!
What's so special about investing in crypto as opposed to stocks?

That's the point. Any retard can throw money from their credit card at Coinbase in 10 minutes then buy shitcoins on Binance.
Stocks are a safe bet. Even the worst one is safer than the crypto market as a whole and it's exit scam coins.
Crypto has the potential for gambling. When you buy a shitcoin and could potentially 500x your money in short order, that's appealing.
>rebuttal?
I dont have any experience in stocks and I don't want to see corporations succeed. Crypto is my favourite form of gambling.
Boomers saturated the stock market and the only reason they’re still making gains is due to rampant money printing. Crypto is a new asset class that hasn’t been defiled by retarded boomers and money printing.
Are you implying zoomers are the crypto traders? BS. Boomers are the ones trading crypto and have been since 2016. It's you faggot zoomers with your /wsb cringes that love your robinhood cringe. Zoomers are too stupid and were too broke to understand blockchain.
you're the same user who posted this thread aren't you: Made a new one because you had gay in your ID... At least you embraced your fundamental zoomer nature.
Me buying bitcon many years before you even heard of it wasn't "luck", you are just so uninformed you don't even understand the nature of the game.
So investing in crypto is a hedge against inflation?
We're watching the birth of an entirely new system of global value exchange, a substantial displacement of the entire global GDP, that through an absolutely insanely lucky confluence of factors lets us invest at the base protocol level.
Like if you could invest in tcp:ip, or https, or GPS.
Boomer stocks are absolutely dreary in comparison. There will likely never be an opportunity like this in our lifetimes again.
I'm implying that /biz is full of zoomers who are in a crypto circle jerk.
why not buy on coinbase in the first place?
shut the fuck up little faggot
Well so are stocks... but crypto is a new asset class and has a lot more growth potential assuming more people are going to buy in
>I'm implying that /biz is full of zoomers who are in a crypto circle jerk.
you're right, but it's still a good investment
yea because you prolly got a free bitcoin for winning a clash of clans tournament or something gay like that. But do elaborate... what convinced you crypto would take over the world
crypto doesnt seem immune from the financial markets turmoil. Back in March didnt the price of crypto also plummet with the stock markets due to covid?
>Well so are stocks
not since the fed has been printing fiat like crazy and pumping it all into the stock market
Give me some shitcoins to gamble on, Senpai! Please?
more volatility means more dopamine for my zoomer brain
>Stocks are a safe bet
lol k
The stock market is hilariously overvalued. Crypto is a new asset class which is practically guaranteed to grow and expand into the future.
I'm NOT letting the boomers dump on me as they all suddenly reach retirement age
wtf this supposed to mean?
do you know what a bubble is
boomers have been retired for 10 years dumbass
No they haven't, only the oldest and most responsible ones have
New ceiling turns into floor
are you implying that that graph looks any different than BTC in 2017 or now?
stupid argument is stupid
This is a hard truth zoomers need to learn
It's literally only going up. You're only proving OP's point.
please point out the similarities
retard
Because crypto outperforms all your shit. Just investing in bitcoin alone is guaranteed retirement.
Why would I bother with stocks when I can just buy more bitcoin? Bitcoin will be 100k+ within 3 years. No hope for oldmarket indexes to outperform it.
thats not the point dummy. the point was that stocks aren't inherently safer than crypto because they too can suffer massive pullbacks and crashes, which is valid
>thanks
you were talking about bubbles, was the end of 2017 not a bubble for BTC? Does the rapid increase in price of BTC over the last month is not that much different than the rapid growth of the stock market in the last 6 months
Depends what cryptos but yeah, BTC is a hedge against inflation. And an investment in tech surpassing goog/appl
When you invest in stocks it is pure capitalism. Companies use your money to make more money through innovation and in return you get a cut.
With crypto you are merely investing in the prospect of "one day it could take over"
>was the end of 2017 not a bubble for BTC
yes it was, however that bubble has already corrected if you didn't notice
>Does the rapid increase in price of BTC over the last month is not that much different than the rapid growth of the stock market in the last 6 months
the difference being BTC is *one* crypto, not the entire market, and it is only now touching its previous ATH, it is not more than double its previous ATH.
>pumping it all into the stock market
Mostly into housing prices which owners extract equity from to prop up markets
checked
>stocks bad because printing!
>but crypto good eventhough the largest one is propped up by chinese magic dollars called tether!
You can make money in both and in fact you should. Sometimes penny stocks have advantage over shitcoins because at least you can follow the filings, progress, etc.Dont forget that many stocks did in a few months what Link did in 4 fucking years.
GAS ALL ZOOMERS NOW
BTC went from 0 to $349,442,748,634 in 12 years and you are still a nocoiner. You are pathetic.
ok i gotcha, point I was implying was that both scenarios were extremely rapid growth, and that kind of growth usually isn't sustainable
I got about $2000 worth of coin. BTC ETH and LTC. Just trying to wrap my head around why all you autistic basement dwellers seem to think crypto (something that comes out of thin air) is the future of the world
