Vechain seemed to me like one of the best examples of token-not-needed projects. iirc their logistics blockchain ledger tech got some really high-profile partners and real-world usage, like shipping in singapore/malacca straits and Wal-Mart, but i was never really clear on what VeChain token actually was needed for.
