So much cope in this thread. For what’s it’s worth, I invested in the pre-sale and held out till September.

The team consistently lied during that timeframe and even decided to remain completely user. Their lead dev at the time cryptoopinions3 was working on other projects doing pretty much the exact same thing. The team even tried to coax the community by suggesting that the future development will be ‘community-governed’ and that there will be liquidity available for contractors to implement the features...I.e they wanted out with no involvement in the future roadmap, so it’s no surprise they earlier stated that they wanted to remain user.

I also found that the team had some kind of god-complex and would never answer the small communities questions. It’s a fucking micro cap shitcoin and they would outright ignore questions and features they promised, yet Vitalik is able to hold complex conversations with anyone on Twitter.

Sorry all, but this project needs to die. It’s utterly useless.

I actually got in for 10,000 @ $0.20 and sold @ $0.50 long ago. Held it for months just for the team to constantly backtrack and lie and managed to shift the shitcoin for a nice profit before it hit the fan again. But thanks.

What did the team constantly backtrack and lie? I read from some comments about the team being user contrary to them saying there would be team reveal but I didn´t see it cause that much issues with gen cons?

Backtracking of identity was a massive mistake in Summer, which was at the height of all the rug-pulling. Additionally, they really hyped up their balancer pool; in the discord and telegram chats they made it sound like they were building proprietary tech, which is why it was taking 3 months to release. In reality they just created a pool on balancer, which anybody can setup in an hour. Obviously at this point people were questioning what exactly the funds were being spent on. From a personal perspective, I think this a longer, more drawn-out rug pull and the only message the team can send that would repeal my perspective would be announcements of their identities.

I’ve not actually seen any talk about Meridian since they fucked up the balancer in September and assumed they had died out, so quite surprised to see there’s still a committed community standing by them after all their shortcomings.
