We're launching around 10 different sites and have a great deal of infrastructure to market the assortment of sites, and are genuinely expecting 2-3 mill in revenue each year once the game releases due to comparisons of historic similar utility-providers.
We already have an investor on the team (me), however due to the scale of this project we will probably need more.

The servers are kept, development is mostly handled, even marketing looks fine. It's just simply that "more is better". We're very barebones however still everything is getting done. We also control a particular asset which basically guarantees the network's success from a marketing standpoint.
