I was planning on talking about : Exploration, production, end of life, the life cycle of a mine, how the machines works, how it is actually drilled. All of these stuff would be talked about in surface, because the students are non-technicians. Peace !

Boss is my Mother in law, she runs a ranch (very poorly), I'm the only worker and Ranch Manager. I tell her things, my wife tells her things, we both suggest stuff to make the ranch profitable, she continues to deny them and insists "it'll take a few years to be profitable, maybe 5-8". This is year 2. She blows through money like you wouldn't believe. She inherited 1.5million USD, spent 600k on the land (a good value for large home and 80 acres in east texas), and the rest on who knows what. She gets in 150K USD yearly and pays me 48K of it. What the rest is used on? I have no fucking idea. I'm finishing up the first semester of my MS in chemistry, as I was grossly overqualified for entry level chem jobs and underqualified for the stuff they'd look at me for. (I did a lot of research and awards, etc.) I've filed for unemployment and looking for a part-time job, as I know she'll bitch and threaten to throw us off the property if I'm not putting in 40hrs a week.
