When BTC go high again we learn that still minority and women are excluded from cryptocurrency with only 0.056% participation by demographics who aren't asian male or white male. What can we do to increase participation instead of doing excluding ? (PR problem, bad for crypto/prices)

I’m technically a minority by ethnicity, even though I’m white. I suppose this refers to literal uneducated trash minorities whom offer nothing of value to society. These people are not in crypto simply because they’re probably too poor to even afford a fraction of one BTC. So there’s no way these uneducated minorities would get into crypto even if they knew how.
