We use Go.
My pajeet manger wants to move them to different team to reduce head-count. My workload has increased 5x and stress lvls are off the charts.

Yes, user the pay is really good. In fact, I used to have 0 cost for food and lived in my car while heavily investing in crypto.

The main thing that makes working in start ups worth it is the equity you get in the company. If it takes off and gets acquired you can be set for life
