There is a chink exchange that trades iou. Good thing about it is that you'll never see prices like that on real exchange on listing (around 4x from sale price). Bad thing is that you may get scammed by chinks. Your choice

Will have the same effect. Consumers can pay in ETH/DAI, this will be converted into GRT (through a dex e.g.) to settle the transaction. So GRT tokens are still market bought in the end.
