Best crypto to invest into?

Hey guys, first time on Zig Forums what is the best crypto to invest into to turn around a consitant profit. I have about $1500 to invest and have never dealt with crypto. I've seen some amazing success stories on here.

Thanks!

>Chainlink
Everything else is a scam

all in LINK if you want to play it safe. Otherwise pick either RSR, OCEAN, or PNK and go all in. Don't diversify with $1500.

>Chainlink
>Everything else is a scam

I've read of people makes 10's of thousands to millions in a short period of time with crypto, it seems to be more volatile but also has a potentially higher reward.

Where is the best place to learn how to trade effectively? Saw someone today turn $600 into a few grand.

xrp/pnk/btc/link/eth

You’re not going to make thousands of dollars trading $1500 son. Just buy Bitcoin, ETH, or Link, and sit on your hands. The bull run is almost here

Btc, eth, xrp

I'm aware it doesn't happen over night. My real question is doubling or tripling my money. I see posts here all the time of people doing such.

Insider here in silicon valley. put it all on SFI (saffron finance) and wait like two months. pay it forward when you get a x10-x50, a partnership with YFI is extremely likely and similar to YFI there will only ever be finite supply.

Follow the memes. eRSDL.

What is this?

only one I see right now that is legitimately doing things that no other competitor is doing and not just running on pure hype/memes has already been mentioned in the thread
no hints
Some people mentioned in other threads PNK and LINK are going to 100x

Idk the volidity of statements like that or is it best to ignore it?

Research LGCY. Research the people involved (advisors as well as the team leads). And make a well informed decision. It will have it's next leg up soon.

If you're new to crypto you won't understand what SFI does that makes it so innovative from its contemporary, YFI. If you only have $1500 and want to be conservative just buy one at $500 and hold onto it for a few months. It's mooning now but you can probably still get in at a decent price. Anything below 2k honestly is a steal.

That sounded kind of dickish and dismissive, but if you're really curious just look into it and the fact that it uses risk-adverse adaptive tranches - something that YFI (which goes for 28k/coin) cannot do and will eventually either compete with or buy up.

I'm set on SFI. Is trading crypto and different than trading normal stocks? Ik sounds like a noob question. I'm going to buy in tomorrow at just put all 1500 into it. Any places you or anyone would recommend on how to trade crypto?

Thanks!

Yes, it's different in that the market is open 24/7 and that you typically will have to do.

I didn't realize how new you were, SFI may be a bad place to start because you'd have to get Ethereum, go to Uniswap or some kind of exchange and then swap it to SFI. Right now since I made my original post SFI has gone up $100 or so.

I would recommend holding onto ETH/LINK then as you can get them on the normie exchanges very easily (coinbase). SFI wont be listed on there for some time.

Maybe just hold ETH until you get a hold of what exactly the hell you're doing. I'm not saying SFI is not necessarily a bad call, but investing money in stuff you don't even have a fraction of a clue about, based on the say-so of a stranger on the cryptocurrency scam board, is a real fast way to lose 100% of your money

In any event, to buy SFI you'll need to buy ETH anyway, which means opening an account on an exchange like Coinbase so you can turn your fiat into Ethereum

I gotcha, I'm just trying to learn how to make money from crypto and I've asked before. Where are some good places to learn for beginners?

Thanks for the advice.

Ah, I just kind of figured it out by myself, mostly by lurking here and Googling stuff and trial and error. There's probably a wealth of info on YouTube and the like. Tony Koran is honest and running crypto education for free there: youtube.com/c/InnovationMarkets but I haven't checked it out myself. Crypto Birb is a good source too, though they try to steer people toward paid courses.

First thing, you need an account with something like Coinbase, because you have to turn dollars into crypto and that's where it's done. BTC will produce nice "safe" gains over the next year, but most of the interesting projects are based on the Ethereum blockchain, which means you need ETH to exchange for those tokens.

Most of us use Metamask, which is a ETH crypto wallet that works as a browser extension. It interfaces with various exchanges and websites like Uniswap, which is pretty much the go-to for exchanging shitcoins.

But there is just a fuckton to learn here and it's the Wild West. Lots of money to be made, but a lot of projects are outright scams designed to steal your money, a lot just fail like every startup, and a lot disappoint. The real gems are hard to find.

Me, I'm holding 88mph, keep3r, WCRES, Eclipseum, and buidl as my moonshots. Right now I'm making a lot of money with them, but I might lose it all. That's happened before.

Thanks, I appreciate the help! I have some experience with trading stocks but this seems like an entirely different animal. So correct me if I'm wrong I turn USD>ETH>SFI right? Just wanna make sure I understand how the process works.

Again, thanks!

youre retarded and are going to lose your money. read rich dad.

Yeah, USD -> ETH -> entire galaxy of ERC-20 coins, such as SFI and LINK, where the money is

The difference between traditional stocks and crypto is sort of like the difference between your neighborhood pub, and a meth rave being invaded by a pack of rabid howler monkeys on acid holding switchblades. The market is running 24/7, the volatility would make traditional traders cry -- most people here have at least once watched their net worth get cut in half in hours.

Holding ETH itself is a completely viable strategy, by the way -- it's up more than 200% from March. Watch YT videos, check out Crypto Birb and Toray Koran on Twitter, learn how Etherscan.io works. Learn learn learn.

And this place is a gemfield, but be aware that every other project shiled here is a literal scam run by Third Worlders. A good rule of thumb is if it's deflationary in any way, it's probably a scam. A thread full of people hyping a product in clumsy English is to be avoided like the plague.

Once you have some ETH and Metamask, a good method of making money is the Coingecko Shitcoin Shuffle:

1. Go to Coingecko.com
2. Click the "Recently Added"
3. Identify a project that's been listed in the last day or so, has a cap between 250k-2m with some decent volume
4. Check out their website. Do they have a "roadmap" or an actual product? Is there a page with team bios? Do the team bios have LinkedIn accounts? If so, that's a good sign. Do not ever buy into a project with an anonymous team. This seems obvious but so many retards get burned here.
5. If they have a product of some sort, socials, a team that exists, etc, go to Uniswap and throw an ETH or two at it. Then wait until it does 50-100% and sell back to ETH.

You can generate reliable income this way with a minimum of suffering. Or, once you get good with Etherscan, find a wallet that's making money, refresh often, and when he buys or sells something, do the same thing. That's what I'm doing now and it's working.

>Read rich dad poor dad

user if your going to give me advice atleast don't sound like a fucking retard. I'm trying to learn about an avenue to possibly make me money. You come up with no solutions or meaningful things to say. Instead you tell me to read a book written by a scam artist.
thecollegeinvestor.com/4726/ultimate-hypocrite-robert-kiyosaki-companys-bankruptcy/

I cannot thank you enough, I know this sounds dumb af but is there any way we can talk outside of Zig Forums? I can drop a proton mail email here. I figure it's always a good way to learn is by having others in the same sphere as you.

Again, thanks much!

What he's trying to say is that this board, while full of good info, is also full of pajeets who want to steal your money. Coming here during real Mumbai hours and saying "I don't know anything about this industry, tell me what to spend money on" when the place is crawling with Third Worlders looking to cheat you is extremely risky

Sure, I just made [email protected], let me know what address you'll be mailing me from

I'm about to go to bed so I don't know how much use I'll be to you tonight, and I am in the middle of three tricky trades right now so responses may take some time

All good, I appreciate it. I'll shoot you an email right now. Thanks!

>I am trying to learn
you are not trying to learn, you're asking for a sales pitch. Do your research. you clearly dont even know what cryptocurrency is or what makes it valuable. hit the books again and stop screetching over criticism.

Just sent the email, said it went through.
