Does anyone know anything about AHT? Looking at the chart, it's insane. It was at $40 before the last global financial crisis when it then went to $8, then back up to $90 after the crisis ended. The last crisis was related to real estate and not a virus, but the corona pandemic indirectly caused a huge decline in real estate anyway. This stock has dividends too, used to be 7% but went down to 3%.
Any thoughts on it? I might buy long calls for march 2021.
airbnb is not a good company and new regulations being passed make it unable to do business in many areas even after the pandemic ends. Do NOT invest in this IPO, save your money for NAK2 or Roblox at least.
