There are LM rewards for people to provide liquidity on Balancer and Uniswap, so there will always be a way to buy and sell CVP without Binance. It's not a problem.
At 100 mil TVL it would mean that 12.5 of that is CVP which can only be market bought. That may not seem huge, but remember most people are providing liquidity, holding etc.
Total % of supply that's floating around to be bought is tiny and will remain tiny.
Supply crunch happens above 10 mil. Mark my words.
