The most likely scenario is that it will pump based on the hype of the "news" and "announcements of announcements". Then after the hype has died down and the devs have finished dumping, the price will be back to the 500-600 sats, if you're lucky. Most likely it'll go below that.

This is the same thing that happened in the summer.. there was this crazy hype about the DEX release and then nothing happened except everyone getting BIG DUMPS thrown on them.

Do you not think people have learnt that now? IMO an announcement of 'soon' isn't going to be enough to pump it, it will need substance. I could be wrong though.
