It's all wacky shit. I use tradingview and they only show trades that happened on NYSE but there are all the other private exchanges too which are normally reported via Finra TRF and Finra ADF. Nasdaq shows those too on their tape but many brokerages and charting tools don't.

Private exchanges are made for big whales who would otherwise influence the price too much when they buy or sell. That's why those private exchanges don't have a public order book so you can't see who's trying to buy or sell before the trade is executed. What you can do though is taking a stick and poking a bit into the dark and try to feel the next limit order block. That's the purpose of those very low amount trades.
