You don't argue, you just submit your statement/evidence and that gets judged. There are lawyers that work on kleros court cases to put together evidence and reports for juries but it's not necessary for simple cases. Contracts between individuals in different countries simply CANNOT be adjudicated any other way than kleros right now. No court has proper jurisdiction and even if there was such a court, like the old TPP proposed, it would cost tens of thousands of dollars to take a case to court and get a judgment enforced.

Kleros is simply the future whether fudders like it or not.
