I don't think an mRNA drug has ever been anything but horrific for people taking it. Can't find a single succesful clinical trial anywhere, looks like the technology is decades away, if possible, plus the first antiviral mRNA edit would need another decade or two of testing afterwards, realistically.

mRNA vaccine just deploys the natural immune reaction of the body to foreign proteins. It contains RNA coding for the covid19 antigen, which the cell uses to make the virus proteins. After this the immune cells kill the cells that’ve produced the foreign proteins and make antibodies based on the protein. mRNA molecules have a very short lifespan so it gets destroyed very quickly (so the cells don’t pump out virus proteins more than necessary).
