that would be my starting point for research. if you're serious about this it might be worth paying a jew lawyer to walk you through the legal aspects of this venture. probably a jew CPA to walk you through the pros and cons of different types of incorporation and the types of documentation you should retain to make taxes easier on yourself.

Don't get too caught up in the licences and legalities user, especially if you don't have much assets. Just go sell your chocolate and figure the rest out once you start making a profit. Seriously. Also: don't buy chocolate or wrappers or branding or sign a lease or fucking anything until you have orders in from people to buy from you. Sell first, deliver second. Maybe not always possible but it's a good practice. To put it another way: prove the concept before you put any money on the line.
Yes you should probably start an LLC early on, it's actually cheap and easy, but again I'd get some sales before even bothering with that.
