Ever single company I have worked for in the past 10 years invited me for an interview believing that I was a nigger based on the info I provided in my resume.
I record every interview.
During the interview process, if they even attempt to broach the subject of my ethnicity (white skin, european features), I ask them using very careful verbage if they are asking what race I belong to, and if it affects their selection as an employee.
So far, I have won $230,000 worth of settlements off the three companies which did not train their interviewers properly in how to deal with what I actually am: a Jew.

In some places you cannot record somebody without their consent. In many places nobody will interview you if you are recording (because they know their interviewers are too stupid to not ask illegal questions).

In my case, I bring a consent form or email it to them before I will participate in an interview. I have been turned down before.

This is no larp. Government contracts are awarded based on several factors. Showing compliance with affirmative action and 'non discrimination' is one of the large factors. This is why companies seeking government contracts will hire scores of lesser-qualified non-whites to fulfill a quota. Contracts are exceptionally difficult to win if there is competition. Whoever is the bigger niggerlover and simp for the globohomo usually gets it, and they can usually bid lower than their competitor also since they don't need to pay niggers as much (due to niggers knowing they are worthless, and being effectively handed welfare to do nothing at their job most of the time).
