Your summary frankly sucks, you need more info about yourself. An employer should be able to read only the summary and get a general gist. Put your Experience next, skills should be after education honestly. And your skills should be more explained. GPU/Linux is so broad its worthless, talk about specific OS stuff.
You should also take away the activities entirely, that can be apart of a cover letter but its not needed on a resume.
Lastly Im assuming you're still in college, you should list relevant classes you've taken that apply to the field that youre applying to. Employers know students resumes will be thin, its important to list classes you've taken to round yourself out as a candidate. Also go to your schools career services and have them look at the resume.

Unironically go on Reddit and get this thing critiqued into the ground and rebuild it. There are good Latex resume templates that will help with formatting. Your skills and knowledge are probably fine but your resume is shit. You can make it 10x better in like a day or two.
