Nascent tech with low adoption. Why would they want a Google + story? Once it's established and they know they can pay someone to do it right I'm sure they will or they will use an existing product that fits their business solution. They might be more cutting edge than something like a bank or government division but I don't see why they would take on so much risk when there are other ways of expansion they are, still working on.
