I don't need to be a programming expert to tell you that you have no idea how to determine if it's spaghetti code if you can't look at it, and it is demonstrably functional.
I don't think it's a legitimate claim that functionality remaining the same over development means it's spaghetti code. There are a huge number of things that have remained functionally the same to the user for many years but undergo lots of changes behind the scenes to improve them.
