Nice graphic! FLETA is actually a very smart move
Blessed poor retarted user. I started with that and now I have much more. Start with investing in index ETFs. See if there is one right for you. The money is kind of like playing a game instead of practicing. You will learn more this way. For example I think the s&p is way overvalued right now. I think this because I was comparing p/e to historic price to earnings. This is the most basic valuation for stocks. Start with some entry level shit on investing websight. investopedia.com
The biggest thing to learn is money always loses value, but no one ever went broke making a proffit. Take an econ course online for free. Its interesting stuff. Expand your knowledge. See if you can get a bank account to beat inflationary. Make a concrete goal. Like for example this year I started a new way of investing and trading. I wanted to beat the s&p 500, while maintaining a relatively low corelation to it, and not buying something that is so overvalued it could drop in a few days. Just start somewhere and learn something new every day!
I feel like Im way too dumb and unmotivated to learn all that stuff.
Is there a way to make investing automatic? Ive heard robo advisors do something like that.
Also I wouldnt mind dumping a couple hundred in crypto just in case. I know what happened to bitcoin (massive MASSIVE increase in price) is not gonna happen again, but who knows. If I were to buy crypto, which one should I get?
As you see Im not interested in learning about economics or finance, I just wanna dump my money and see it grow.
user this is perfect! What country do you live in, and what currency do you use. I use about half euros half usd. So my goals are a bit different, and my strategy has a bit more of a focus on currency risk than some. Your mentality is spot on. I will have to rebalqnxe my portfolio soon but as far as my new strategy(strategy 1) goes, I'm long on ex(short for excluding) US energy, especially refiners. Xrx (xerox) ETFs for poland, austria, Russia, and the UK. I was debating adding in norway. My other long strategy is just s&p (an index fund for the top 500 companies in market cap). I am trying to get out of that in a strategic way, by investing more globally, although I will maintain a little of my s&p in the near term(checking it daily, but I mean for 1-2 years) the us stock market is in rough shape....
I live in Spain and I use €uros.
I literally dont understand half of what you said, just so you know the level of understanding and knowledge you're dealing with.
