UPS driver here. At 21 I made 65k. I was top rate full time by 27. 100k a year. Mid 30s boomer now
>this year I’m going to clear about 98k >on the “9-5” list so the hours are not long >residential route, use my handcart for anything over 50lbs. >6 weeks paid vacation >Bought my first house in mid 20s which put me on the path to tons of equity >own 3 cars >10k link stack >free health care >friends are fat as fuck or have to go to the gym, I’m still in great condition and shape
To that faggot who keeps posting ups driver hate, KYS.
Anybody else ama, I should be around for a couple hours.

I also work at UPS. I'm here on break rn bro. 480 Teamster.
I am a gate kid. After not willing to follow the “system” I was pushed away from gate, ended up getting diesel tech certs while in hs, went to college for IT, was attempting to lean towards setting up the hardware aspect in new buildings/offices. Got offered the driving position and dropped out. Never looked back
I’m content with “no ambition”. Compared to all my peers I’m well ahead in “measurements” which I don’t give a fuck about, but I should be retired in my mid 30s in the next couple of years. Hate all you want, some smart people understand making money young trumps waiting until your 40 to make money being a desk jockey.
