Cardano's Daedalus wallet is one of the finest, polished and normie friendly wallets ever created. The marketing and overall image feels like that of an elitist brand like Apple. It's already the number one contender to Ethereum's throne. It's scientific formal verification approach is also the correct one. People want to know their funds are SAFU when interacting with smart contracts and haskell is the right approach. Also it's ERC20 converter, Marlowe playground and Dev kits being released this month put it in a class of it's own.

Cardano has already won.

Avalanche has a lot more dry powder in potential momentum and memeability. ADA is lethargic in comparison, though I like both. Mostly I hate Ethereum and want to bet on the horse killing it, I have no strong preference for ada/avax.

We're talking about protocols and not companies here. When something becomes the standard, people don't generally move over to something slightly better. Take a look at every ETH killer before AVAX as an example or bad internet protocols that managed to gain adoption first.
