30 years old here
I would like to abbandon some tracts of my personality (sociofobia, anxiety, perfectionism, OCD)
I am doing some cognitive behavioural therapy, but I would extra-help from drugs.
can SSRI upregulate my 5http receptors?
Best drug / supplement for neurogenesis / neuroplasticity?
SSRIs are a god-send.
you should try diet, exercise, and quality sleep first before you try drugs
none of the "conditions" you listed actually exist, you just have a shit personality and choose to act that way since nobody is around to beat your ass for acting like a faggot
Sounds like you’re projecting.
yes, I am projecting
diet, exercise, and quality sleep helped me become a better person
joining a regimented organization that beat the shit out of me for acting like a faggot fixed the rest of the stuff
then I became successful
diet, exercise, sleep, significant reduction of screen time, meditation, microdose shrooms, journaling, and just fucking doing things that you're scared of.
Psilocybin
This guy speaks truth. Cook your own food for a couple months, workout daily, and get out of your cave. Although personally I am only ever in my cave thanks to corona but I do cook 90% of my meals and workout.
An ssri will warp your mind beyond your current understanding if you have to ask for advice on here.
Answer honestly, did you ever purchase funcopops?
Do what says and add some esoteric supplements to the mix. Have some L-Theanine with your morning coffee, and ZMA before bed.

read literally any article about neurogenesis and you’ll notice that cleaning up your lifestyle is the best way to achieve it
physical and spiritual exercise, diet, proper sleep, you can also add cold therapy, its not neccessarily stimulsting neurogenesis directly but helps with overall health

try Lion's Mane, Cordyceps, ubiquinol, mucuna pruriens, garcina cambogia, daily 30 min exercise in the sunlight if possible, 1-3 days fasting/week (only water for 24 hours), go to sleep 1 hour later, and to begin it all have a heavy psychedelic trip (3g+ of mushrooms or 2-3 hits LSD) with the intention of healing and changing your life and patterns of behavior
Go to South America and do a ayahuasca retreat.

Learn more about it. It's used to treat PTSD, from veterans to child abuse survivors. I don't smoke, drink or do any drugs. Psychedelics are medicine of the mind.
