Communism never works because it's just not efficient to have the state micromanage the economy, you're better off letting companies go through business cycles and cutting heads once it reached a certain size.
Typically in the US Bezos would be sent into "retirement" or hanged then replaced by some other guy controlled by the fascist party. Amazon would keep operating as usual but you would never see them shilling for mass immigration or BLM/trannies.

Not a single communist regime ever transitioned to its "stateless and classless" phase and we're past 100 years of attempts.
It's simply not in human nature (humans are territorials and seek dominance) and how societies organize themselves (individuals are fundamentally inequal so a hierarchy always emerges given enough time).
No amount of automation and post scarcity magic thinking will ever change that, maybe if you biologically engineered/cybernetize humans to become some hive mind you could achieve it but the end result wouldn't really belong to our species.

No. Communism is some schizophrenic thing where they basically abolish literally everything and expect it all to work out. It was literally defined by Marx as a negation of Capitalism in every way, making Communism defined by what it isn't instead of what it is. This makes no fucking practical sense and it means that Communists that know what they're talking about have no other practical goals than abolishing Capitalism. They have no real desire to make the world a better place, in fact many do not believe the concepts of good and bad are real in any meaningful way, all they want is to abolish the current state of things.
If you're interested in worker cooperatives (I am as well) just abandon Marxism. Marxism previously just one Socialist school of thought out of many, it just came to be dominant over the years.
So dominant in fact that many simply conflate Socialism with Marxism and think it impossible that one might be a Socialist but not a Marxist.
Abandoning Marxism, while frustrating, just frees you up so much. You'll have midwits quoting Marx at you with the implication that because some long dead scholar said something you must bend your opinions to his will but the fact that you can simply tell them to fuck off and that you don't have to listen to Marx is liberating
