Utrust (UTK). Crypto transactions gone mainstream
I'm still accumulating so I'm not saying. You retards should just buy BTC.
xDai is the first stable chain.
Whichever cryptocurrency that will solve the usability problem. That is, become as easy to use as real money. People lose passwords, send coins to mistyped addresses, etc.
It might seem like a small problem, but it really isn't.
did you just take all the effort of writing just to tell OP that you will not answer his question? You are too autistic even for this board.
>did you just take all the effort of writing just to tell OP that you will not answer his question?
Yes.
WOZX
I already have bitcoins.
Yes I'm looking but I don't think another crypto will take the place of bitcoin for payments. The only ones capable of this are crypto like Libra or stable coin.
I wonder about this as well.
I think crypto is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and one of its last big bubbles is forming right now. Possibly the last chance to get really easy 5x - 10x returns.
As for future big things: go where the buzz words are.
- 3D printing
- VR
- AR
- big data (PLTR)
- IoT
- robotics
Everyone knows this. What I'm still searching is that one obscure (non-crypto) niche of geeks & weirdos talking excitedly about amongst themselves. I miss the 2010-2014s where blockchain was still relatively obscure. I miss the Web 2.0 hype of 2004 - 2010. I miss the .com hype of the 90s - early 2000s when the Internet was still new and shiny and full of opportunity.
I don't know what's the equivalent now in 2020 to be honest. Feels like all the low-hanging tech fruits are picked and the era of the geek has ended.
PRQ but I've been shilling it here forever and nobody bothered to listen so DYOR.
>Urbit
why
>xDai is the first stable chain
in what is it different from Dai?
Unbacked algorithmic stablecoins. Ampl is the best bet right now but could potentially be replaced by a better algorithm someday.
I'm interested. Why PRQ? I took a look at the chart, and it just seems like everyone is dumping after a tidy 10x.
Parsiq smart triggers are going to spread throughout every blockchain and they work to bring data offchain and will be massively adopted both on and off chain, they can trigger events based on transactions which have not yet been confirmed, think about that. They can front run confirmation and automatically act on it.
Right now the tokenomics are token not needed but there is epoch 2 launching in q1 2020 which makes the token the center of the project with a lending facility and token must be held or borrowed to use srvices.
In the next ten days there will be an announcement of a partnership with a layer 1 project, an announcement with a top defi project and a completely new service with customers (including coin metro) waiting to use it on top of the widely adopted service they already have in the market. Parsiq is going to be everywhere. Check out their medium. There is a 3 hour very tecnical AMA with the genius anatoly on youtube worth watching and maybe check out the teams CVs. It is about to melt faces and cheap as chips. Price has sufferedd due to tokenomics and clearing out a few whales from ICO. Everything is coming together nicely for christmas. I'm holding this for years. I can see us at $20 2022. They are talking with banks, insurance companies, Visa, SAP and a major European car manufacturer. Grab a bag and wait for a few months. I guarantee you will not lose.
>they can trigger events based on transactions which have not yet been confirmed, think about that. They can front run confirmation and automatically act on it.
could you explain please what do you mean with ''events'' ?
Someone sends eth to uniswap to buy a token, monitoring detects this before confirmation and a smart trigger can action a response.
Smart triggers can operate between smart contracts too, smart contracts cannot communicate. Parsiq smart triggers can take events and info from one contract, analyse it and action another smart contract. It makes link oracle look prehistoric to be honest. It works across chain, on chain and off chain in both directions. When this sparks off it will be huge. They describe themselves as another layer. Like a glue that will bring everything together., Anatoly is a maths genius, you should read his CV. Very impressive. DESU I struggle to understand some of it.
Wow. So, my first thought was 'sounds like Link in 2017'. Second thought was 'why can't Chainlink do this?'
How does a Smart Trigger differ from a Smart Contract, and what makes you so sure that Parsiq has this tech wrapped up? Chainlink is a huge company now, with massive financial reserves, and have first mover advantage.
Any deets on the talks? Visa and SAP sound huge but I've been burned by Lition and Ambrosus in the past...
Cresco is the first crypto bank, nuff said. if you bought this month you'll be rich
Binance recently took them into their prestigious incubation program so they liked what they saw and gave them a grant worth tens of millions to expand plus access to their marketing department and other support. I have faith in the team, they are open and listen to the community, the new tokenomics largely were designed due to community concerns over the utility of he token. They were heavily involved in the coin metro and kucoin hack mitigation and even compensated people who lost money in the hard fork that was performed after the Coin Metro hack. They have delivered on everything they said they would. I can't fault them to be honest.
One other thing, the tokens that are not circulating are locked in a retention wallet. These are left over from ICO and the team would like to burn them but cannot under Estionian law but they will never be circulated and if the law changes will be burned so don't worry about dilution.
Cresco does look good, they have partnered up with Velo which is another good looking project.

Hey quad satan I agree
I think most of the good opportunities are housed in existing tech monopolies or are VC vultured to death before they see the light of day.
Tech geeks aren’t really capable of single handedly creating massive growth companies anymore, it seems. The barrier to entry in starting businesses in general is growing quickly
Singularitynet (AGI) will bring AI services to the blockchain to complete the goal of crypto. Screencap this.
BTC (2009) = decentralized store of value
ETH (2015) = decentralized smart contracts
LINK (2017) = decentralized oracle
THE GRAPH (2020) = decentralized indexing
Summary of why The Graph is big:
First movers and market leaders of a new concept/paradigm will always become huge. These projects only come once every few years. All other projects are just copies and knockoffs. These are facts.
Working product: check (doing 10billion queries a month) (used by Uniswap, AAVE, USDC etc etc)
Blockchain agnostic: check (intergradeable with IFPS and Ethereum, soon Polkadot, Cosmos, Avalanche and many other L1 protocols)
Hype: check (ICO sold out in 1 sec, even with personal caps of $1-$5k)
Tech legit: check (many developers from different projects like Augur, Synthetix etc. are tweeting and writing articles about how important The Graph is for their protocol).
Token needed: right now they are using a third party for hosting. Soon they The Graph will launch their own decentralized network. To incentivize currators and indexers, GRT tokens are used.
Problem with ample is it has volitility in the volume of coins you own rather then the price. People want stable coins so they know they will have the same amount of coins for the same price. Maybe a stable coin backed by gold would be good because it has so much money in it that it wouldn’t be very volitile. Or perhaps a rebase token that is attached to the price of ren btc or something would be cool
Quads indeed confirm my darkest thoughts.
My plan is to bet bigly on the last crypto bubble happening, then buy a homestead and go off grid.
>THE GRAPH
Seems interesting. Missed the ICO unfortunately.
