Sorry this is my fault. I'd been avoiding the Ethereum network for years because I didn't trust it but I really wanted some PNK and so I started using it and a demon cursed me and now transaction fees are going crazy because of the curse.

I've spent more on ETH transfer fees in the last two weeks than I've spent on bitcoin in the last three years.

After your shitty experience using Ethereum you should look into Cardano

Start a new transaction and replace new transaction nonce with stuck nonce. It will get pushed through and you can retry

When you re-submit the same transaction with the same nonce but higher gas fee the old one just gets dropped. You don't pay anything for that.
