>run SNEEDFULgambit sir >what is SNEEDFULgambit u ask find optionable stock with high IV sir the IV must be so high that when U sell call the premium can buy 100 more shares U repeat the needful until U cannot sell 1 more covered call and buy 100 more shares with the premium sir >sundial 1.00 12/18c status: expiring worthless >sundial next time it goes around 80: gets sneedfull'd again >sundial when it goes to $1: U get assigned Sir >it's free money

When can BFT be expected to moon?

>went 100% cash today I have a strong gut feeling about a major crash right around the corner. Secured profits today and will buy back in cheaper.

You’re better off just selling ATM rather than OTM.
Asher Reed
ive become what ive never wanted to be, a bagholder. i admit i did the wrong thing, but im not going to cut my loses. instead im going to cope and tell myself that eventually the stock will go back up. its ok, im as ashamed as I should be.
Ryder King
there's no downside, it's just boring but safe you basically add another 10-20% of gains on top of your original position even if they moon past your strike, they're megacap companies, it won't run away from you
just sell covered calls with a delta of 0.30 or something like that
Why would it be better to sell ATM rather than OTM?
Camden Morales
Thank you sir I will now do the needful with the sneedful
Sebastian Sullivan
Often, yeah, but for the goal of income it’s better. I usually sell ATM or ITM weeklys.
Angel Butler
thats a good way to put it
ya they artificially limit their production on purpose to create artificial demand
and then people blame scalpers for buying them all
makes no sense
Aaron Allen
yes you probably would, i think he meant selling ATM puts
Austin Green
do you buy back in when it dips?
Xavier Brooks
I think yes but my hunch is that alibaba is actually a scam and who knows what happens if that comes out..

Listen up boys. Ever since the corporations in my state destroyed the locals here by shipping out everyones jobs and buying all the local business and importing immigrant low wage workers ive taken the peepoo pill. I piss and shit all over the restrooms of corporate stores. Recently pissed all over a baby changing station in a walmart. Totally fucking soaked it. I also kicked a hole in the drywall in the handicapped stall and threw a fat load of shit in it and then pissed all in there. Another thing u can do is dump tons of tp in the toilets and fresh flush a fuckton and run out. Causes major water damage. Make sure to check for a drain in the floor youll want to cover that up so it goes out of the bathroom when the flood starts. Take the peepeepoopoo pill guys
Wouldn't the premium of a call keep increasing if you are both far away from TDE and the share price keeps going above strike? Basically, when would it make sense to sell a call ATM rather than letting it keep going further ITM
>Wouldn't the premium of a call keep increasing if you are both far away from TDE and the share price keeps going above strike? >Basically, when would it make sense to sell a call ATM rather than letting it keep going further ITM So if you truly believe a stock will grow at a certain rate, would selling ATM and moving into new OTM be the most bullish strategy (outside of buying OTM at improbable odds)?
Short answer: Delta changes most dramatically when an option goes from ITM to OTM especially on shorter time scales. Basically it maximizes sensitivity to vola changes which also maximizes the premium.

>line goes up or down >you have the choice of which lines to ride >real world information about the lines helps to signal if the line will go up or down >use real world information about the lines to choose which lines to ride Not so much gambling as calculated risk, more akin to playing poker than roulette. In any given hand or poker or stock you could face bad luck or misplay what you have, but over a large amount of stocks and hands people with higher skill will perform better. Diversifying is key.

It does and I doubt you're stupid enough not to see it, so instead of arguing for or against it, you're trying to pick holes in how it's being argued. Do you actually have something to say? Pardon the delay, I was making porkchops.
Hudson Cooper
This happens to everyone at some point, user. Don't beat yourself up over it and just wait it out.

bros... i only have $1k in GME at $10 and im seriously thinking of putting in $9k more if it dips under $13 again. am i crazy? part of me wants to play it safe but part of me is like "when am i going to get such an obvious free money opportunity like this again?"
i think we are all pretty fucking positive that Q4 is gonna be epic. at the very least we'll be hitting new relative ATH's leading up to it, am i wrong? because i feel very confident about this considering how cohen has been handling things. this is only 1/5th of my total account btw but it's still a pretty big gamble for me.
