Nurses are the most entitled easy workers in an hospital outside of administrators (but those "people" aren't really humans), they work comfy hours, spend half of the day discussing rumors and yesterday NPC tv show while having no real responsibilities.
The only nurses who really work all day are scrub nurses, but it's not a really difficult job either.

As a uk nurse, it is a funny situation we have.
The ones who get in the job to help people tend to go for NHS roles and get paid absolute shite in comparison to the private sector.
That's being said as a private sector nurse who started out literally earning double what a NHS nurse would earn and having half the stress.
