What's the endgame with evictions?

My gut feeling is that they're not going to let so many people be kicked out of their homes due to the instability it would cause.

But this means they will have to bail out all the landlords and/or banks, which means more fiscal/monetary irresponsibility and everything that will bring.

If you're white, you will be kicked out.

evictions/foreclosures keep getting postponed. i know nevada is now fuckin march, rather than jan1. no one knows what's gonna happen because governors keep somehow getting away with abuse of power

This. Also you have to attend 8 hour daily mandatory privilege trainings to sleep in a shelter while random black people live for free in your house. You must admit you are evil daily.

In case they let it happen, i guess it could be a smart move to invest in camping car producers, dedicated camping cars parking lots and maybe even companies specialized into converting containers into smol houses.
Imagine if over 20% of the US pop had to buy camping cars or big vans in order to get a roof above their head.. The market would go x30.

What would be such listed companies worth speccing on? I'm clueless about camping cars..

Landlords are fucking scum. They're like people that buy more xbox series x's than they need so they can sell them for a higher price. Except instead of video games it's humans that they price out of shelter

If you’re white you’ll just make your rent payment.

Mwahahaha... deal with it gommie.

>the instability it would cause
2020 Americans are docile cattle. I guarantee you no congresscritter will die of artificial causes within the next decade, no matter how tiny your stimulus check or when evictions are allowed.

You have to go back, nigger.

Eviction moratoriums make landlords lapse on their mortgages.
Either revolution or
the same thing they did to thefarmers.
Banks forclose on homes,
give the homes to "developers", and big property management companies.
Income based housing is a thing.
Government makes it illegal to own a home unless you are a business with a board of directors.

If it weren't for landlords you would have nowhere to rent and would be homeless right now. THANK GOD FOR LANDLORDS

What will appreciate more in 2021 btc or real estate?

Not the first one to have that thought. However Boomers are the ones with money to actually buy RVs.

Nearly homeless people on their last few hundred bucks aren't exactly a very profitable demographic. Even if there are a few million of them.

Why bailout landlords? They are not businesses and they can just sell their houses. If they depend on rent for income then they deserve to go bankrupt, should have diversified their income streams

I've actually decided to go homeless, my rent is due soon, instead I've told my land lady I can't afford it and she's letting me out of the lease scott free. I made the decision early december and have been buying stuff to make it easier, I'm in SoCal so it won't be too bad and I know the areas to avoid, honestly I think it'll be cozy.
The reason why I'm planning on being homeless is quite frankly to save money and to avoid the vaccine, I've always paid for stuff in cash so I don't exist as far as credit check go (I've checked and I have no credit history) no background check has any info on me that isn't 5+years old and places I haven't been to in years.
I'm gonna save and buy a van and be a van dweller, so long as shit does not hit the fan and civil war doesn't break out.

You shouldn't act too smug about it, (((they))) are pushing their satanic bolchevik agenda very hard lately. A communist takeover is not out of the realm of possibilities in the US. Landlords were the first to get the rope during the great leap forward. Look after the Mao's Land Reform, also called landlord classicide, it's estimated 98.5% of the landlords who didn't leave China were systematically massacred by the system. Of course, everything ended up being the property of the (((government))).

I dont think america will stomach landlords getting a fat stack of free money when like 20% of tenants just got kicked out. That would be a lot of angry voters. They outnumber landlords 100 to 1.

Maybe OP invest in can openers or pocket knives and sell them downtown for a buck each.

Because if landlords go broke they can't pay the banks. Most borrowed money to buy property. And the banks pay the senators, so why would the government not bail them out? Get it dum-dum? It's a corrupt hierarchy and I'm one of the nobles. It was never supposed to be fair.

Good point, so better invest in companies producing tents?

Why do we hate china again? That sounds unbelievably based.

Don't worry half of those angry voters will be busy arguing with the other half over wedge issues like college loan forgiveness, immigration, homo marriage, race nonsense, uuhhhhh feminism .... trans stuff.....

Daily 2 minutes hate against white people instead of pledge of allegiance

>Why do we hate china again?
Because our masters want a WW3. Now all industries have been exported there, if it wasn't for China, the US would be a gigantic wasteland. We should hang the boomers kikes selling our technologies and exporting down to the very last plants who were making the US a free nation.
Something most ppl ignore is how much the US patents were stolen by the jews and handed down to China. Only few were condemned for treason, and most were extraded in Israel. (((They))) are preparing the transfert of wealth from US to China since the 60's. The goal is to make the US into a communist version of Brazil very soon.

Hmm. Hey , what stuff have you been buying to make it easier until you get that van? Tents? Do gyms offer a special homeless-person-borrowing-the-showers pass?

Why cant they just repo your house and sell it? Thats what they did in 2008.

How much time do we have left before the white cleansing? Jews made it into a reality back in the 20's in Russia, and it's damn clear they want a redo here.
Reminder that during the bolchevik terror, the jews were only hiring mongols and various kind of uzbek mutts in the state police. They were only trained into hating white christians, and at one point they were handed promotions in function of the numbers of white women they raped because it was "the necessary process to remove the bourgeois mindset implemented in white women", even though most victims were peasants, and that "by forcing the white women to bear non-white children, it would end systemic racism, which is one of the root of anti-communism".

The exact same rethoric is used nowaday, by the very same (((agents provocateurs))).

Well it's something I've done before to save money, location is the most important thing, I'm in SoCal so winter really just isn't winter. I shower at the beaches cause I'd rather not take my shit inside a gym, I have one large rolling bag, a duffel bag and a backpack and that's all I really need, but I don't think they'd let me bring my shit into a gym, but you could talk to them and work it out. For me I either wash at beach or once a week I'm getting a room at a hostel with laundry machines, then you just look like a traveler.
I don't need a tent and quite frankly I think it's a shit idea because it's basically just a beacon to any cop who's having a bad day who will come over and fuck your day/night up. The main concern is to be incognito, if people took a good look at me they might figure out I'm homeless, but I make sure I don't smell awful, that I don't look shitty, and I act relatively normal, am polite and what not.
Food stuffs I keep non perishables in my duffel bag and essentially refuel when I stay at a hostel that way I don't have to bring my bags into the store as many won't let you.
Furthermore it's a temporary thing for me, I'm not going to stay homeless, ultimate goal is to get a van and trick it out to live in it for awhile to save up more and buy some land eventually. Renting just kills your soul and your finances.

Home value takes a hit. A massive one, just from people wrecking the place.

And it's often cheaper to string out a recession eviction 6 months just so you're not auctioning the house in a downed market.

Cant you just get a bunch of roommates? Why is the van superior?

Well I personally have no problem finding tenants since I'm next to a medical research campus with large federal grants and a lot of essential workers. Also unlike the 2008 deadbeats I have excellent credit. But yeah, they totally should repossess from the other landlords so that I have less competition. I got this house on the cheap after the 2008 bubble after all.

Thanks, homelessposter. I hope things turn out alright for you.

Once again, good for you fren, you made it. But you better take precautions instead of gloating about it, you are far more endangered than what you think.
Are you a boomer by any chance?

A few million times 200 =??

Then again if a bunch of people get evicted, they'd have no idea what they're doing and tent cities would probably pop up all over the place, either that or shelters would open up.
Dude fuck that, having to live with other people just sucks ass, I spent 2 years in dormitory style place and it fucking sucked. I've also lived out of a van before and it was the best, I could drive anywhere I wanted to (assuming I had the cash) I buy used so I'm not making payments or rent, closest thing would be insurance so you save a ton of cash. I live in California and so really when you get a place here it isn't that big, a van is maybe half the size but I get it to myself and if you're smart you can outfit it hold a lot of stuff, or modify it so the back door is kinda like a fold out couch. Selling my last car and moving into a place was the biggest mistake of my life, the next time I get a place it's going to be only me living there and I'm going to buy it or get a mortgage, never having roomates again, fuck that.
Np fren, thanks for the well wishing.

>if you dont make house payments the bank takes your house
>if you dont pay the landlord.. you still stay in the house

What the actual fuck is this shit

He made a good point about the security issues and cops fucking you up related to living in tents. I guess we better should look after RV and vans stonks after all. Maybe the ones producing the cheapest camping cars/vans availible on the market, to find a middle ground between literal bum and total innaccessibility?

Everyone should get kicked out. It's fair. They should have saved enough money in the event that disaster struck.

Well you can read . Richfags gifting each other Christmas luggage for post-corona vacationing swamps the demand/dollars from his rolling bag/duffel bag/backpack combo. Everything else is food, essentials, stuff he's buying anyway.

So unless there's a REIT for hostels or a play on expanded shelters beyond "short municipal debt, hope there's no fed bailout", I don't really see a solid play here.

First, I fucking want a mini Rv like the car in borat when he gets picked up my college dudes. going across country with the boys getting slammed hammered in that on the highway, sounds like a fantastic summer.

Anyways, why dont we just build a town out of sheds, solar panels, locks and shit, insulate and put them in that lawless area in california where everyone does fuck all and no one patrols. We solve the homeless problem, they can leave in borderline the true libertarian atmosphere, and you can make some shreks

Not everyone is able to save money in a world were real inflation is 8%+ (even simply using 90's CPI standards) and salaries aren't moving.
