It's a single private key (under the holographic sticker) that can be used to transfer the balance sent to the address, which is 1JLTR6Cj1pg3SdHrMcBN3sMcN4XNQy5jBb.
Keep that private key offline. Whoever has it, can take your bitcoin, which is 0.01, as you can see if you search for that address on for example blockchain.com.
You also have the altcoin "Bitcoin Cash" and various other so called airdrops available with that key.
If I were you, I wouldn't touch it and just hold on for it longer.
