Emerge means a natural random process. This is extremely slow and difficult because there is no information being inputted. Imagine randomly smashing the keyboard yet outputting a good novel, that is the diffuclty. At some level it just becomes impossible, given that Earth has only existed for a limited time.
Made means a creator actively inputting information into something. With this, nothing is impossible.
We are all carbon based. Doesn't sound too difficult for god to just arrange DNA molecules from the raw atomic elements to form the first life.

There are many things in life, where you can't explain how things work exactly. But just because you don't understand, doesn't mean all those things can't happen.

I cannot explain God's exact mechanisms, only God can. However, in Christian theology, humans are made in God's image, so we are given the ability to roughly comprehend what God can do.

"Matter" is clearly non-static energy moving an incredibly slow rate of vibratory speed. The universe as we know it probably exists as an emantion of God. (Hard to put this concept into words) And that's how God is omnipotent, omnipresent & omniscent without any contradication - Because nothing exists "outside" of him, He is literally everything.

If the atheists need a cultural reference, they can think of it a bit like the matrix. Only we don't exist outside of it floating in some tank, we only exist as part of it.

Thus - God is everywhere, can do anything, and know everything. Because it really is all Him. Nothing exists without, it can't.

If God can come from nothing then so can the universe. In fact the simplest explanation is that the first cause was order arisng from chaos instead of an intelligent design.
