Wind is not “phony” at all. The biggest downside in the US is out of date infrastructure and the hard cap on what we can produced.
We are extremely regulated and forced to curtail daily. It should be clarified that wind isn’t renewable and should of never been categorized as such. When it comes to harnessing the wind and productivity
It should be treated universally with gas and oil.
Solar is not as well but the means of harnessing is. Not sure why they keep using faulty engineering practices.

But if you ie take the case of norway. Norway has had hydro since fucking day one, which is the most effective and stable of all the renewable. It still has capacity to build more of this.

They do mention biofuel and how it's probably less damaging environmentally to just use fossil fuels. This isn't a doc about solutions it's one about exposing problems so it's normal that they don't touch on possible solutions.
I think it's well constructed for what it's trying to do. They can't go too far or leftists will just ignore it.
