Should the EU adopt German as its only official language which all EU citizens should learn as their second language?
French is spoken a lot in Africa, so we really don’t want it or we attract hundreds of millions from there. English is idiotic, because it attracts even more migrants. Spanish is a side show language for South Americs, again we don’t want that language.
Latin and Esperanto are dead.
And all other languages such as Polish or Swedish aren’t spoken by a lot of Europeans, while German is actually widely spoken.
Your language is a German dialect, you should be all for it.

The point is that we do NOT want English as the official language if we want to limit immigration fro, the third world. You want to have some Japs or hgh IQ Chinese who learn German.

German is the “high form” of the language, Dutch, Swiss German etc. are “low forms”, that is derivatives which are one-directional.

Actually, the most common reason migrants leave Germany again is “language”. Not the case in Canada, the US, Australia and the UK.
It’s a fact that languages repels third world migrants. It just makes their life very hard when they arrive and many migrants say that on social media, which repels others.

Latin is alive, although there are no native speakers the language is still changing and transforming, it is widely used in several fields all the time, an old language would be Old Norse for example, or Gothic
