Even the x000 series padrons are amazing. My Father makes great cigars, too many to name. Not a Cuban fan either, usually they are plugged and pretty mild flavour.

My local tobacconist has padron factory QA rejects. I don't know how he gets them, but they're only like $5-$8 a piece. Sometimes the wrapper is lose, maybe there is a crack or something and you have to trim an inch off the stick. Good way to get a $20 cigar for $5.

Oliva V is the best. $5-6 on American sites and easy to ship everywhere.
