Are there any outside of STEM? In my time in college I only saw high iq professors who didn't give a shit about politics and low iq professors who went on ideological rants instead of teaching. Being an ideologue is for brainlets who aren't capable of rational thought on their own. Fwiw the person with the highest measured IQ in the US is a conservative farmer who also works on theoretical physics models.
