Conservatism is an ideology that only works if the people practicing it aren't soft and pathetic. Conservative values prevail in places where life is tough, which instills a sense of self preservation upon which the basis of right wing ideology depends.
What happened in the West would never happen anywhere else on Earth, the Chinese would've openly genocided Muslims if they chimped out this way, the Middle East would've openly genocided any faction that did what the niggers are doing to the West, same for South East Asia etc. Tough times create hard men who are essential to conservative values.
