it's almost quranteed that any device they have fetches it's DNS servers from the router with DHCP, you can run a local resolver on the router and resolve all queries to one particular address. redirection isn't a problem, only content injection into https traffic is. would take about 2 minutes to set up on any router that you have shell access to.
