I have thought about doing this, I have a huge collection of bias, conspiracy theories, and hypocrisy I have been collecting because I figured someone in the far off future might study it.
Here is a prime example. I don't get why this is allowed. It is associated with Black Supremacy. I have mentioned this in comment threads, just that fact alone, on mainstream web pages and I get banned almost immediately. Twitter cracks down on minor stupid things but not this big one.

you can't just rely on screenshots. use archive.org and archive.is becaues otherwise people will claim tampering or pull down the original if your screenshot gets big.
use screenshots as a digest but preserve your sources.

This is an admirable goal. And don't let me dissuade you. But that will only be possible for the simplest of sites. If you want it to scale up and be used by many thousands of people, you will have to lose sight of the specifics of much of the machinery. WebDev sucks. For the values you espouse, you should be in C/C++.

i think so, yes. get the archives first as soon as you see something deebly goncerning then slap together a nice collage of screenshots that tell the story.
you said you don't know programming and want to do this from scratch. i don't think this is a good idea - you're never gonna make any progress. i suggest starting with a hosted wordpress or some other open blogging platform. then you can self-host the platform and migrate your posts there when you have learned enough, and finally you can build out custom features or move to a completely homegrown blog.
the thing is you have to decide what your goal is here. if you want to expose media and social media hypocrisy, get that done first. get some content rolling. that will give you a positive feedback loop to become self sufficient and learn to become independent. you can also keep your posts backed up in something as simple as word documents in case you get memory holed.
don't create a giant set of hurdles for yourself
