You can't build loghouses if there's houses with plank walls around, minimum square meter requirements and that's just from the top of my head. You can get a hefty fine if you paint your red house in a neighbourhood of red houses with the wrong shade of red. Not even talking about pink, just red, but a bit darker shade than the other houses.
