I’m hoping to help fix that honestly. Almost done with college, but I’m planning on using my engineering skills to work on affordable housing solutions for Millennials and zoomers that don’t want to live in a fucking pod. With modern materials and prefabrication methods, I genuinely believe the cost of building a quality ~5000 sq ft home can be much cheaper than buying some 1980’s garbage McMansion in the suburbs.
