the best way i know how is by being a good example and showing camaraderie with less masculine men i know and can find and over time re-shaping them into stronger men mentally and physically, the best ways are through jokes and general discussion.
i think being a man can be defined by a lot of things but what im talking about specifically partially pertains to what you are saying when you define it aswell as not falling into degeneracy, one of the things that really stuck out to me a while ago was a user talking about a zoomer friend of friends i believe who was at the point he'd let his girlfriend peg him
