Biden is a lukewarm politician who has done nothing for over 40 years, even when he was next in line for the presidency. He was picked because he was as estsblishment and you can be without being a Clinton to win over moderate Democrats. Biden is the definition of the status quo of keeping blacks on the dole and tantalizing fags with lip service.
