In the United States a private person may arrest another without a warrant, for a crime occurring in their presence. Typically a citizen is restricted to only detaining another for felonies, however, many states also allow citizen's arrests for a "breach of peace". These groups attacking businesses and tearing down statues can reasonably described as breaching the peace but are usually committing felony vandalism. Reasonable force is permitted in performing a citizen's arrest. If the person being arrested is likely to cause you significant bodily harm or even death, other laws permit lethal force (if you're in a Stand Your Ground state).
Let's start grouping up and arresting these fools. Do not escalate violence, but be prepared if they do. Time to take the law into our own hands.

technically, police officers don't charge people with crimes, only district attorneys and their subordinates can legally do that. now imagine niggers trying to arrest police officers and dumping them on the DA's doorstep.
