If it was in terms of a union of two or more parties, then yess that is possible. Anything that looks more finely at the nuance however will show that it’s a bit more complicated.
American whites are going to be different than European whites, despite being borne from them. Americans are mutts, even when purely white. That’s the issue for America, I think there could be a unity of white identity between Europeans , which already is identified as a pan-European movement iirc.
The true question is will there be any reconciliation between the two populations? American and European?
