Taking into account how third positionism was developing during the war (La Rochelle, Basillach, etc), most probably Germany would have taken the most western part of Poland with the intention of settling the german excess population there, would have created protectorate client states in Russia, Italy would have taken Egypt and Sudan. There would be an equivalent to the European union but fascist and with labor backed currency adopted by most of Europe the jews would only have America under control. The only way the germans would have won the war would be through a truce with Britain after conquering the Suez canal and asphyxiating England of resources.
Then you'll have a cold war between a fascist and competent Eurasia and a capitalist America and British empire, and Peronist Cuba would have been the equivalent of Cuba. Most probably the fascist Europeans would have won that cold war so we would be in a fascist world.
