With the rise of the BLM protests, more and more people are being offended by little remarks.
I want to create some posters that are similar IOTBW that are not offensive. They must be harmless but enough to make cultural leftist triggered.
Please give me some ideas?

Right now messages directed at cops probably work best.

Stop tearing down Black Lives Matter posters. There is a better solution, one that uses their own propaganda against them.
Scenario A: You see a BLM poster, and tear it down. Out of view, it can no longer influence people. However, the message of BLM is still so widespread in other areas (business, media etc.), the impact of removing a single piece of paper is negligible.
Scenario B: You see a BLM poster, and deface it. The poster stays up, still gets its message out, and the defacement bolsters sympathy in the public who don’t understand the true intentions/machinations of the movement. Support rises, as they now look like they are unfairly being silenced. The defaced poster is now more effective.
Scenario C: You see a BLM poster, and edit it in a simple, uniform way that keeps the original message, but calls the truth of it into question. The public sees it, and a seed of doubt is planted towards what they are being told.
My proposal:
Many arts and crafts stores and business supply stores carry packages of sheets of blank stickers. Each “page” has the dimensions of printer paper. The stickers cut into them come in many shapes and sizes, but the most common is rectangles about the size of a wallet card. You probably see them stuck up in public, usually with a graffiti tag in marker. Taggers prepare sheets in advance so, when they want to do vandalism-lite, they can make it quick and later argue it isn’t destruction of property because it’s a sticker.
We should use these stickers, leaving them blank, to alter the BLM posters. Placing a sticker over the V in ‘lives’ changes the message of the propaganda entirely, while leaving it intact. It becomes “Black Lies Matter”, and this is a very important thing to get across to the public.
What are Black Lies?
On a very basic level, they are lies about black people, but more specifically about BLM as an organization and its message/intent. The lie that black Americans are killed in droves by police, the lie BLM wants equality, the lie that systemic racism exists and is the force by which unscrupulous and toxic individuals in the black community are held back etc.
Just as "Black Lives Matter" is a simple and memorable slogan, "Black Lies Matter" is easy to digest and would be remembered in kind (even if only on a subconscious level). The idea here is not to specify, but encourage the viewer to question the original sign. Even if they dismiss it outright, they are now aware that "LIES" are being told, and gradually might decide to educate themselves on the matter.

You could do this in pairs. First guy puts up normal BLM sticker, second follows behind with blank white rectangle stickers.
Either person gets caught, both have plausible deniability and no hate crime charge.
