The benefits to low fertility rate is that it give the economy a chance to reverse the problems naturally. For example, housing prices go down making home ownership easier for young families.

I have visited the country, which I doubt this burger have. There are a lot of consumerism but from what I can see, it's not fundamentally different from what exist in western countries today. Also, a lot of genuinely Korean culture can be found. But I heard one Korean say that the norks are better at preserving their culture.
