Don't be ashamed to start small. Read the sticky on Zig Forums and start a basic 5x5 weightlifting routine (literally couldn't be easier, don't fall for overcomplicated shit when you're a beginner). Download the couch to 5k app and start that, no matter what your reasons are why you 'can't get into running' you will do if you just follow it to the letter and go as slowly as you need to to start with. After that you'll probably feel a bit of a boost from taking things into your own hands which is great but enthusiasm wears off- try to see these things in the same way you see taking a shit or doing the dishes. They're just things that have to happen to maintain your basic lifestyle, sometimes you'll enjoy them and sometimes you won't but it doesn't matter. Keep it up for 6 months and you'll be in decent shape and you can choose what to focus on.

My company is based near London and has a lot graduates competing to get work. It's competence, previous experience, knowledge, and skill set that matters most and not your institution. A lot of luck as well. Employers don't give a fuck about your institution, they want people with the right skill set for the role. Nobody wants to waste time training some fag up if he can't already use the software systems and other basic stuff the company uses.
